MAJ Solutions designs, programs and adapts industrial automation: PLC programming, HMI/SCADA interfaces and communication between equipment. PLC programming
Developing, modifying and troubleshooting programmable logic controller code on Siemens (TIA Portal), B&R and Allen-Bradley.
HMI / SCADA interfaces
Designing and updating operator interfaces: display of states, alarms, setpoints and operating parameters, notably in WinCC.
Industrial communication
Data exchange between PLCs, equipment and supervisory systems over Modbus TCP, Profinet and industrial communication servers such as Kepware.

Incomplete documentation, a program modified over the years or an original integrator no longer available: working on existing automation first means establishing its actual state and identifying the potential impacts.

Backing up the accessible programs, comparing them with available versions where possible, identifying sequences, interfaces and technical dependencies.
Controlled modification
Impact analysis, adapting control logic, interfaces or communications, and scheduling the work around operating constraints.
Verification & documentation
Tests matched to the changes, version management, documentation updates and a rollback plan where technically applicable.
